I bought two T-shirt’s and chose to use the “free local return” from here in the U.K. I did everything I was asked - I entered the tracking number & even submitted a photo of my Royal Mail receipt. AliExpress then said the label & tracking number were not correct and the item never reached their warehouse in the UK. How can this be when I used THEIR LABEL?! So I have no items and no refund. I have appealed twice but had the sake reply from an automated ChatBot. The seller just told me to ask AliExpress to help me. I can’t because they have no customer service email or phone and the LiveChat are ‘bots’ not people so they can’t answer complicated questions like mine. Awful. Very disappointed. £30 lost which I won’t get back :-(
